What if I told you that there's no such thing as the "right time"?

I hear this from clients frequently talking about having hard conversations or when to pursue a particular goal or make a change in their career.

What we envision as the "right time" is just a projection of what we think about the future. That somehow, it'll be easier.

In reality, it's never easier. Our calendars will remain full, new projects will come, and new challenges will become our focus.
