Have you had a manager use the Feedback Sandwich in a way that made a difference for you?
When I asked the question of the audience at the BambooHR 2025 Virtual Summit, the resounding answer was "no."
Why?
More than likely the format wasn't the issue, though there are lot of issues with thinking
Bread = Positive Feedback
Meat = Critical Feedback

will work for most people.
