To me, the most important quality for a leader is how much they care.

✅ A leader cares about your achievements and is there to help.

📈 A leader cares about your growth and makes space for that growth.

⏩ A leader cares about your progress and provides stretch opportunities.

👤 A leader cares about YOU, the person. The whole person.
