Designed for emerging leaders, this 12-month journey helps participants gain the tools, confidence, and support to lead with impact and increase engagement through a mix of training, strengths-based coaching, and real-world application. 90-minute virtual sessions are held once per month. Only $1500/person investment!​​
Starts Friday, December 12 at 11 am Pacific Time, and runs every second Friday of the month. All sessions are 90 minutes and are not recorded, except for the training portion. Missed sessions can not be made up. Prework includes completing Gallup's CliftonStrengths assessment (included). The entire program, including the CliftonStrengths Assessment and private community, is included in the $1500/person investment (groups of 3 or more receive a 20% discount) and is invoiced prior to the start date.
